In my experience Magix support are responsive to a request, with a follow up email usually within days sometimes longer if they cannot replicate the issue easily.

Horrible, I have magix music maker and it never works, constant crashing and when I nearly finished a few days work, it corrupted the file leaving me unable to recover any of it having to start it all over again.
Was good to start with, but lots of issues now. Mainly around screen capture where only part of the screen records. Now when I screen capture, the icon in the taskbar is blank so the only way to stop the recording is to close it in task manager which deletes everything.
Think it's time to look at other editing software. Had the free trial Magix Music Maker and brought a few soundpools.
When my trial ran out I was no longer able to use the purchased soundpools and was told I need to buy a subscription in order to use the files due to.
